Instructions for the final evaluation:
The final assessment consist of a preparation and presentation of a practical exercise.
You will have to apply what you have learnt and will have to carry out an intervention in an organisation or a group that works with people at risk of social exclusion, following the methodology of using creative processes as a pedagogical and mediation tool, following the recommended steps listed below (not necessarily in this sequence) :

1. Presentation document
Prepare a presentation document with the summary of your intervention including the general idea, objectives, methodology, developments, results, and other relevant comments (you can use the CREATE Template available below).
2. Image rights authorisations
Before doing the filming for your audiovisual document or taking photos, ensure you have all the image rights authorisations of the people who will be involved in the video or pothos (you can use the Image release form available below in Annex II and Annex III).
3. Collaboration agreement
Request an organisation to allow you to carry out the intervention (this can be done through the Collaboration agreement letter, available below in Annex IV;
4. Plan and carry out the intervention
Plan and carry out the intervention bearing in mind that it would consist of a part of body training and a part of creative workshop practice, and taking into account all the aspects that have been dealt with in the course.
5. Administer a questionnaire to the teachers or mediators
Administer a questionnaire to the teachers or mediators who are involved in the activity, as it is foreseen by the CREATE methodology (you can use the questionnaire for teachers available below in Annex V).
6. Final Assessment Exercise
The final assessment form will consist of a Word document to be filled in. Use the Final Assessment Exercise Template and follow the submission instructions, available in the next section: Uploading Document for final assignment.
