TRAINING FOR THINKERS IN MOTION

The training studies and experiments on the knowledge of functions in relation to one’s own thinking (perceptions, sensations, imagination and language), gestures (including voice) and movement. The training for thinkers in motion is a behavioral practice also inspired by other body techniques which help us test and verify the results (Alexander Technique, hypnosis, Mindfulness, Yoga, Osteopathy) with very simple and precise instructions that act on the body-mind, self-awareness, warm-up, preparation and fine-tuning.
